Every email sits in the Drafts folder until approved here. Approve moves it to the next send window; Hold keeps it out of the queue; Skip rotates to the next contact at that school.
Outreach on behalf of a player. Open a player, pick the class of school and the conferences that fit, and the desk cuts the 300+ schools down to that list and builds a campaign for them only.

Every player we might ever recruit, worldwide, sorted by what matters most: age. Built from national-team rosters (U16 → U20) and growing on every run. Search anything.
Ages are computed from birth year; * = birth year estimated from the age group until confirmed. Player emails and direct coach lines are not published for youth players; the coach-contact column carries the federation or club address until a real one is confirmed.
Had a thought about a player? Type the name and one thing you know about him. At the next scheduled run Claude builds the recruiting card: summary and first-approach strategy at the top, then agency and agent by year, contact routes, parents and their contacts, high school, contract history and money, endorsements, Instagram, and every source as a link you can open. You get a text when it's ready.

Mirrors the USA Colleges tab: Major, College, Conference, Location, NIL Budget, Head Coach, POC-1, POC-2. The desk adds who owns it, who is being worked now, which step they are on, and what happens next.

ACC only for now (18 programs). The full 300+ sheet loads as GoHighLevel contacts once the list is verified.
Two kinds. The general drip introduces the agency to every program. The player sequence carries one player's profile to the schools that fit him. A reply at any step stops the sequence and moves the school to Contact.
No reply after email 3 rotates to POC-2, who starts at email 4 (re-introduction).
Goes only to the class and conferences ticked when the campaign is built.

Render records the preview (video + overlays + hit sounds) to a WebM file. Download works once the widget is on its own site; inside this preview, saved renders stay in the archive for this browser.
Packages a program asks for. Pick a bundle, pick a player, and the archive items that match get packed and sent from the owner's mailbox.
Men's basketball marks, one per program, with the circle icon the widget uses wherever that school appears. ACC loaded; the other 280+ follow the same pipeline.

Two lines of type and one gold hairline. Paste the HTML into Titan's signature settings for each mailbox; GoHighLevel uses the same block in the email templates.
Four GoHighLevel workflows inside the MOR Sports folder. Approve the structure and these get built as-is.
